Harry helped us and was great. However, there was no Jack available to help remove the 12ft trailer. It was near impossible to get off with both Harry and my husband pulling up on the hitch. If it had been myself there is no way we could have gotten it off. They need a Jack to help with that and Harry said the one they have is broken and has been broken for a while.
