Valeria SThe ratchets for the stramps were rusted. And I returned it a day early and then they charged me a late fee. I have pictures that are dated of me dropping it off and of the call that I left a message that it was there. So I don't feel that was right to be charged a late fee.

LAWRENCE SI spoke with Dan earlier in month re: questions of renting truck out of state. He was helpful. Retuning truck was more difficult then expected. Office was closed. Had to wait on line total of 45 minutes plus. Melissa was the person that finally answered and took us through proper process of logging in truck and returning key. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much.
VERNON LAtul was not the original drop off location. The original was closed due to hurricane Helene. They directed me (phone call) to Atul’s location. He was very polite, professional, offered to help position and disconnect the trailer and completed the drop off paper work immediately. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated.

DOUGLAS GI rented the dolly on Friday. It was my understanding that I needed to return it by Sunday, or be charged an additional $20. I went to the location to find it was closed, not unexpectedly. I think this is an automotive repair shop and I can't say if the facility was clean. Also, I didn't interact with anyone ans the business was closed. This is why I anwered "no" to the questions regarding the facility and staff. I left the dolly and took a picture of it at the side of the facility should there be any questions. Apparently this was OK to do as I don't think there have been any additional charges. So, overall this worked out great!
MARK KThis was not the location i was given. I was given something like 3050 Polk which was closer. I dropped it off on Sunday when they were closed and called them (left a message on their machine) They never signed it in until the place in St. Louis called me to find out why it hadnt been checked in. THen they called them and it was checked in so really no problem. I put in these ratings even though this was not the location listed above because otherwise i cannot get off this website
RONALD KBigger drop box slots for fat Uhaul keys. The business was closed and didn’t speak to anyone. Just strictly drop off and send Uhaul pics of interior & exterior of the truck.

Daniel LNot charge so much for a couple extra hours. Got charged for a whole day when I needed just a couple extra hours and I dropped off the trailer at the scheduled time. Never the y'all itself for just an extra hour sure to the storage into not opening until 9 am on the day of drop off.
Tiffany MIt would have been nice to have a chair to sit down on while waiting while the gentleman finished up another reservation on the phone and then did ours. It is a small place, though, so maybe not room fir some kind of seat. Other than that, everything was good.

Adam MThis wasn't my first rental, I originally started in NC where my lights went out and had to deal with a catastrophe. I'll say for the record that the 3rd party vendors are great. It's UHAUL that's the problem. I felt so alone and helpless on the side of the road; had to sleep at a truck stop in Asheville because the lights quit working (yes they were working before we left).. i wanted a refund for the original trailer and for some reason "roadside" thinks I wanted it from them personally but me as a random customer calling "uhaul roadside" presumed I was dealing with... well UHAUL... duh. I wanted them to transfer me to whomever I needed. Nonetheless a random guy came the next day & figured out the trailer in fact had a problem and backed up and just took it... no replacement, nothing. So I continued driving... Here I am renting a different one. I was able to get a receipt of refund but can't confirm I've received it yet. The area field manager in High Point NC was on point as well as the uhaul location I got the first one from. The Michigan dealer in Shelby MI was also great with a smooth process and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I will not rent from uhaul ever again.

MARY JThis Uhaul office performed a miracle in getting a truck returned at an alternate site because of a big snow storm. They went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!
