You used to be able to rent the truck for a per day charge then fill the tank when you drop off. Now it’s.99 a mile on top of that! Bull!!!! Then we needed another day there was a separate charge from the rental and the .99 per second day Bull

The cab of the truck I rented smelled so bad. It was too hot out to open the window, so there was no escaping. I couldn’t return that truck fast enough. The Company should show some consideration and wipe down the seats and the dashboard and the steering wheel before renting it to the next customer.

I rented a 5 x 9 trailer. The trailer was not 5 feet wide as advertised. It was only 53 inches wide, which is just a little over 4 feet. It was late in the day and I could not get a different trailer so I had to use that one. U-Haul needs to its trailer so it can have truth and advertising. I was very disappointed. The trailer worked so I’m thankful for that but disappointed because I had to make different arrangements to get furniture hold.

when we called to bring equipment back the person on the phone said to drop it off at the gate because it would be closed so we decided to drive down there and just do what the person said to do because nobody would be there when we arrived someone from the U Hau place was there and he could not be any more polite and showed us were to bring our trailer sothe person who actually work for U haul was excellent

The guy at the desk when I checked back in was a jerk. He didn’t like that I unhitched the trailer by myself and told me “it’s in the wrong place”. I don’t care what he thinks but that’s poor customer service.

Used this place 3 times in the last 4 years and each time I used them nothing but an excellent experience from the front staff to the clean office to the clean trucks haven't needed to use the storage units yet but sure if I do it will be just as good so I highly recommend this place

The Truck had no AC, and the Shifter is broken. Really the truck should be put out of service until both are fixed. Moving in 100 degree heat is bad enough...... A credit or refund would be nice.

Horrible customer service. Our family is big on customer service as it goes far, and we use U-Haul quite a lot. We had bought a new nursery set and needed a U-Haul to transport it. Roger was not pleasant at all. He had someone else who was working with him, and he wasn’t bad, but even Roger was talking to him as if he was worthless. We did an online check in and there was zero point as it did not work after we sat in the parking lot for quite a bit. Equipment was in bad shape. Clean, but ran down. Got the job done, but truly a crappy experience with this place. Will not use U-Haul at this location again.

My only negative is that after more than a year, and providing a 30 day notice, that we had to pay for the entire month when we vacated our 3 units on the 19th. This policy makes no sense and defies logic.

Explain that if Uhaul offers one free month of storage at the end of the journey you need to purchase a second months storage to benefit from this offer. It did not used to be that way.
