The equipment was clean but I found the transmission was not shifting properly, other than that I was satisfied with the use of the moving truck.

Chris CHorrible customer service. Our family is big on customer service as it goes far, and we use U-Haul quite a lot. We had bought a new nursery set and needed a U-Haul to transport it. Roger was not pleasant at all. He had someone else who was working with him, and he wasn’t bad, but even Roger was talking to him as if he was worthless. We did an online check in and there was zero point as it did not work after we sat in the parking lot for quite a bit. Equipment was in bad shape. Clean, but ran down. Got the job done, but truly a crappy experience with this place. Will not use U-Haul at this location again.
