The attendant was awesome. Gave me a newer truck since I was traveling through the smokies. Truck did great. Movers that we used on both ends of the move did great. Just an awesome experience all around. Very appreciative!

The cab of the truck I rented smelled so bad. It was too hot out to open the window, so there was no escaping. I couldn’t return that truck fast enough. The Company should show some consideration and wipe down the seats and the dashboard and the steering wheel before renting it to the next customer.

shenon mI rented a 5 x 9 trailer. The trailer was not 5 feet wide as advertised. It was only 53 inches wide, which is just a little over 4 feet. It was late in the day and I could not get a different trailer so I had to use that one. U-Haul needs to its trailer so it can have truth and advertising. I was very disappointed. The trailer worked so I’m thankful for that but disappointed because I had to make different arrangements to get furniture hold.
