They would not release trailer to us on personal truck even though uhaul people who scheduled the pick up said we could. They made us leave that location to go get uhaul truck from another location before we could get trailer. They were not nice about it. They made us not want to use u haul as it was very stressful to get the uhaul equipment we needed to move to another state. They also gave us a trailer that needed new tire due to steel belts showing. We found the tire like that after we had loaded the car at our old house and put down wheel well. This caused us to have to have road side assistance before ever starting our trip
