It was difficult to find the correct address. I would recommend giving more detailed instructions on how to find the location. Also the process of getting access to the keys was unclear until I arrived. Some instructions on that process would have been helpful to know ahead of time.

cirilo lMy personal information has been compromised. I keep on getting receipts from Uhaul stating that I leased out a vehicle when I haven't. The receipt has my name, email address, phone number and address, and I am the listed the driver. Save yourself the hastle to make a police report, go to the Dmv office and change your driver's license number. Very disappointing experience. I am still waiting on representative to give me a call so they can clear this out for me.

Michael HThere was trash in the truck from the previous renter, including a dirty face mask. The Uhaul location seemed inept at finding my reservation and also took over 30 minutes to figure out the combination code for a padlock they had put on the roll up back door. Overall, I wasted a bunch of time at this location even after opting for digital check in and doing all my paperwork online the day before. Because of all this, I was late to my job and late picking up and dropping off the things for which I needed the Uhaul. They also took a photo of my license and credit card front and back which was very discomforting, especially considering it was already entered online and paid for. I Would never use this location again or recommend.

Slowly walking to the entrance as I'm watching her and just stops every few steps to continue texting. Poor customer service on her end but the dude was cool!
