Es injusto que pague más en seguros y una multa por gasolina que por la van que alquile unos minutos , no tiene sentido .. 120 dólares por 45 minutos de una van . No es recomendable , y tuve que pagar 10 us por estacionar la van donde la recogí , nada de esto tiene sentido .

The person who manages/runs this location is not there. Does not answer their phones. Could not figure out how to return the key as their lock box is not a typical lock box with a hole in it. U-Haul customer service is a one hour wait.
Calvin JThe location is difficult to find, hidden inside of a large, maze-like plaza. Returning the van to the parking garage was confusing because there is a clearance bar that indicates that the van will not clear the garage, even though it actually does. My rental was billed incorrectly and, even though I called to ask for it to be fixed, I think it is still incorrect/ I am still confused about exactly what I was billed for.

Gerry CThe day of pick up we got a call that the u-haul we rented hadn’t been returned from another customer , had to go to another location which did not open on time , when it was time for drop off we had to call multiple numbers with no answer. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. No one goes over charges at the time of pick up .
