There was trash in the truck from the previous renter, including a dirty face mask. The Uhaul location seemed inept at finding my reservation and also took over 30 minutes to figure out the combination code for a padlock they had put on the roll up back door. Overall, I wasted a bunch of time at this location even after opting for digital check in and doing all my paperwork online the day before. Because of all this, I was late to my job and late picking up and dropping off the things for which I needed the Uhaul. They also took a photo of my license and credit card front and back which was very discomforting, especially considering it was already entered online and paid for. I Would never use this location again or recommend.Renee W.

They lied and said the vehicle was sanitized and cleaned. There was spilled drinks, the interior hand stuff on the floor, the interior of the back of the truck had bird seed and droppings all overJennifer G.
The guy was really helpful and considerate. The girl working the store front needs be be more mindful of other people's time. Had me waiting outside while she was texting. Slowly walking to the entrance as I'm watching her and just stops every few steps to continue texting. Poor customer service on her end but the dude was cool!Sabrina A.
