I requested a dolly and a 20’ U-haul truck. I was not notified that the location did not have any dollies. If I’d been notified, I could have either moved my reservation, or made other arrangements to obtain a dolly ahead of time. When I attempted to pick up the truck assigned to me, it was not clean. There was grass and ashes in the cab of the truck. When we attempted to start the truck, it was completely dead. We had to spend time going back and forth with customer support to be put in a new truck that thankfully started this time, but delayed our moving start time.
