Lucedale location was great the lady working there was very helpful , nice and made the transaction easy !! nothing to change at that location!

Everything was good with the equipment. Had issues with check-in process. It said the keys were in the back of the truck and they were not. They were inside the office. If they had not been there at the time, I would have been out of luck… Also, the past two times I have rented a u-Haul I also requested to rent a dolly. This time and the previous time I was not provided with one. Why offer to rent them if you don’t have them??? Very frustrating there - but it’s not just this location.
TRAE BI requested a dolly and a 20’ U-haul truck. I was not notified that the location did not have any dollies. If I’d been notified, I could have either moved my reservation, or made other arrangements to obtain a dolly ahead of time. When I attempted to pick up the truck assigned to me, it was not clean. There was grass and ashes in the cab of the truck. When we attempted to start the truck, it was completely dead. We had to spend time going back and forth with customer support to be put in a new truck that thankfully started this time, but delayed our moving start time.
