It would help if there were more signage indicating where to park UHaul trucks and equipment. I parked in a spot in the front, then someone rushed out as I was finishing photos in the app to return the truck, and told me I needed to park in the back. I moved the truck and had to re-start the drop off process in the app from the start. It would also help if there were more signage for the location of the lockboxes/box to drop off keys. You park behind the store, and the lock box/return box is on the side of the building facing the parking area, and then you walk around the building, either through the dumpsters or the long way around, to get back to where the store front is located. I'm sure the store itself is fine, but for Uhaul drop off, it just wasn't very clear or inviting.

He just gave me the keys and told me to go look for the truck in the back amount all of them. Maybe it was a cultural thing but it was not terrible good service.
RALPH PInexperienced worker. Had to hook up trailer myself. Did not verify trailer brake lights and blinders were operational. Trailer was dirty and had wet moving blankets in one corner.
MOHAMMAD FThe girl working the counter was NOT knowledgeable. She said the uhaul had been inspected and we did let need to look it over. Tires were not good. Had a blowout about an hour after leaving and it took someone 5 hours to fix it in the heat.

DARIEN RYour uhaul app is too confusing. Not only did I try 3 times to figure how to retrieve my information I had to have the proprietor help me take the in-app pictures and upload them. Then, when I brought the dolley back we'll within the time frame we agreed upon, it was confusing trying to get to the app part to return the dolley. After a few minutes of fumbling I managed to get to the page I needed. Unfortunately, I couldnt tell you how I got there and would probably fumble my way through getting there again. The proprietor was professional though.

NAVEEN KI have used only 10 miles and filled 2.5 gallons of gas. Even though they have charged money. I don’t know why i need to fill 1/4 of gallons gas. That is not fair. I don’t recommend any one.

RICHARD DHad a very bad experience with this truck. It was in terrible condition — the brakes were poor, and the steering was unreliable. I felt unsafe driving it and can’t understand how it was rented out in such a state.

WILLIAM MUhaul was very dirty filled when picked up as it was used to transport sand. I travelled only 15 miles or os. I re-filled 3 gallons before returning. But the uhaul app charged me another $11 for gas. Scamming people.
UDUWA KThey are overcharging the fuel by showing a fake photo of fuel meter. I have filled extra 2 gallons in order to avoid any disputes. While uploading the photos I don't have saved any photos, so next day I went to franchise and asked about the fuel overcharging and they showed me a photo which is below before I am taking the rental. Luckily Uhaul company has the odometer photos of before and rental so I got refund. This franchise is stealing people's money showing fake odometer photo. So I won't recommend this franchise anymore and degrade Uhaul's reputation.
JEMSYMOL J2 of the furniture dollies and 1 trolley was unavailable on pick up despite being ordered a long time before. The assistant wasn't interested and said he would refund, but we needed them for our move. Eventually he found some in the back of other trucks, but we were still 1 short. Truck cab was dirty, and generally the attitude of the guy was very unprofessional.

JULIE ROur trailer was hooked up wrong and were told it would be ok after we got it filled. We went to another UHaul location where they had to remove our ball mount and tighten the nut to ensure the trailer didn’t come off the ball mount. Thank goodness we knew something was wrong and took it to another location before leaving on our 100 mile trip. I do not recommend this location!

DAWN JI had the worst experience ever. I arrived in the morning, and the U-Haul representative told me that the truck I had booked was not available, even though I had a confirmation number and had already checked in. After a lengthy conversation, he gave me a much larger truck, but the right door was broken and wouldn't open, which they never mentioned initially but admitted later. On top of that, they charged my card a higher amount than what they told me at the office. You cannot treat customers like this, especially when they rely on you for their moving needs. It's unacceptable to be so cold and careless. No one took responsibility for the situation, and that’s just not right.

JOHN IBoth trailers they had had faulty signal lights. The person helping us gave a good effort but he didn’t have enough troubleshooting experience. We took one of the trailers with the assurance that Area Manager Kyle would come by our house at 4:30AM to make it right so we could start our move on time that morning. Who does that anymore? AM Kyle does! AM Kyle is an amazing employee who showed up, solved our problem, and moved on to the next one because he is accountable and takes pride in his work! HE IS THE BEST OF UHAUL AND BECAUSE OF HIM I WILL CONTINUE TO USE UHAUL. 5 Stars for AM Kyle!!!

Michael DI should have requested a later drop off time than 9 o'clock as the movers did not get the truck unloaded in time for me to make that time..I got there at 9:30. They did not charge me a late fee and I appreciated that...otherwise the drop off location was perfect.
