The worker did not secure the hitch and almost made us wreck about a 1/4 mile from this location.

JULIE ROur trailer was hooked up wrong and were told it would be ok after we got it filled. We went to another UHaul location where they had to remove our ball mount and tighten the nut to ensure the trailer didn’t come off the ball mount. Thank goodness we knew something was wrong and took it to another location before leaving on our 100 mile trip. I do not recommend this location!
