Now granted the location was closed today, but it was so difficult getting the key and finding the truck. The truck was parked somewhere different from where the app said. There is no parking at this location you have to search for seating parking blocks away. I asked, and paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the uhaul. The key lock was hard to figure out because the dials were rusted. The truck was dirty inside. Truck drove well and everything worked inside of it. Overall this was the worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had.

Honestly, 1000x better than my first experience a few years ago at a different location. I was in and out of there within 5 mins. I wish I remembered his name, but he honestly took his time explaining the documents and the return was rather seamless as well. Truly sad I’m leaving the area but grateful for a wonderful farewell.

There was a bunch of trash in the front left by previous renter. It was difficult to find the truck (instructions were literally just “its located on one of these three streets) so i had to spend 20 minutes wandering around the neighborhood trying to find the right truck. Then, the location given for picking up the keys were completely wrong (the app said key pick up was on a random residential street when it was actually in a lockbox four blocks away). Very frustrating process all around, finally got access to the truck an hour after Id started the pickup proccess on the app (and was charged for that hour too!).

The person who helped us at the front desk was excellent, very pleasant and helpful. It'd be great if there were a dedicated parking space for the cargo can but I understand that that's tough to come by in NYC. Overall, a very good experience with this location and I would definitely go there again if needed.

I dropped the car at 3:00 pm. They reported that I dropped it after 6:00 pm. And I get charged an extra day .

The location does not have a parking space. I had to drive around to find a legal space in order to return the truck. That required an added distance charge and waiting 20 minutes for the space I eventually found to become legal. Additionally, there is only one person working at the office, who comes and goes. My pickup time was recorded as the reservation time, and not an hour later when I finally took possession of the truck.

Was charged a cleaning fee for no reason the guy showed me one water spot the size of a nickel and said I left the window open and it rained, which is untrue. On top of it the seats were DRY. I left there still unclear as to why I was being charged a cleaning fee, I was just told to call CS….They are scamming people at this location for a $25 cleaning fee.
