The van was dirty inside and out. The back had a layer of sand and small gravel, plus some pieces of cement and some vinyl flooring — I think it was used to move construction waste materials. The cab smelled like cigarettes. There is no designated parking at this location, so you have to go find the van on the streets nearby. The app did not give me a specific location. Returning it was worse. The app says ‘park in the lot’, but there is no lot, so I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a legal parking spot and eventually parked a 6 minute walk away from the return location. The app would not support this. Overall it was a very bad experience and not good for the U-Haul brand. I would never recommend this location to anyone I liked.
Phillip JSubhani Enterprises provided fast & efficient service. Front desk agent was very friendly with a warm smile! I was a few minutes late but with a phone call and heads up, they were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend & give them 5 stars!!!
