OMG this place is a total disaster, it full of junked cars, this place was so full of crap I could barely get my truck and trailer off the road. The office was locked with an old post it note say "Will be right back", I waited for about 1/2 hour before I called the number, I left a voicemail. The owner called me back and said they were closed, this did not match the times they are open on the website. Where I pulled in there was no room to drop the trailer and get my truck out. I was told to drive through the hotel entrance next door and drop it there just don't block the driveway. When I went around to that entrance I was able to get the trailer back behind the building, this was extremely tight for the trailer and my 3500 dually truck. After disconnecting the trailer I could not go out the same way I came in. There were U-Haul trucks staggered all over the place is complete disarray. Luckily I was able to snake my way through this gauntlet of vehicles with only 2" of clearance for my truck. Then come to find out there was a corporate store right next door to my hotel but your application would not allow them to change the drop off place. If I ever rent from U-Haul again I will be asking for a corporate store, but to tell you the truth this entire rental was a disaster and I think you have lost my bossiness forever. It took longer than expected to get to the trailer itself. I had to move other trailers out of the way before I could hook up and leave. Even then I still had to move more trailers just so I could get on the road. Luckily I was able to do it. The older man at the counter had a bad back so I was glad I was able to help it least.

I had a rental scheduled for a Saturday pick up. The place opened at 10am. They called at like 10:30am and said I was the last person to pick up and they were closing early. I had to come immediately to pick up because they were leaving. That was very inconvenient because I thought I had time until they closed at noon.

The guy that runs the place is nice enough but it is a junk yard. I am pretty good with backing a trailer or truck but someone that isn't would have hit something. When I returned I had to drive up and leave the trailer on the sidewalk as there is no room for anything there. The owner did hook it up for me which was nice. Book was easy and even though they were having computer issues -which I noticed trying to book it as well. The guy went ahead and let me leave with it and charged it later so he wasn't holding me up.

Booking on the website didn’t allow me to rent for 2 days, but when I went to get the truck the owner was very accommodating and fixed everything so I could have it 2 days. He was great to work with!

Requested a change of drop off location. Staff couldn't adjust the agreement. Threatened the charge would triple if dropped off elsewhere. Had to add two extra hours of work plus miles and gas to our long day to return truck.

We got the truck on 3/4 of a tank of gas. When we returned it, it was not quite full, but more than 3/4. And we were charged for more fuel. Ridiculous actually.

I’ve leased uhal to transport from Kansas to Texas which is like 600+ miles and the truck is not well maintained the alignment is gone and breaks are horrible. Please do work on this things before you hand over to next customer.

Very tight to get in and out. The owner had to back the truck into the parking space for me since it was so tight and there was a hugh ditch by where you park. The truck itself was old and hard to drive. It really needed to be retired. The steering wheel would shake while driving.

I did a pick up for the what’s hott location in peculiar and it sent me to harrisonville. Then it wouldn’t upload my photos. and then they had a quarter of gas when we first got it.

Would be nice place if wasn't for all the junk vehicles all over, makes backing up to drop off a challenge. Way to many wrecked vehicles making entering and existing difficult.

Truck was junk. Almost 20 years old. Make a loud deep pitched him with vibration between 55 and 60mph. Passenger door window seal was wrapped around rear view mirror. Although someone had called me to confirm appointment, when I arrived employee had no knowledge of rental and had to call someone. Check-in process was slow. Overall worst experience ever had with a rental from a commercial establishment.

I took my U-haul trailer 6X12 back. Eric an employee wanted me to park it in a very tight spot. I didn’t want to back it up there as I was having great difficulty! There were several other large spots available. I tried to park it in a larger spot. He did not let me. I tried backing it in the spot he was guiding me into. He let me hit the old El Camino car. He took no responsibility. The owner took no responsibility. I called the district manager. He never called. My insurance agent told me that I will have to take them to small claims court to have over $1,000 with of damage fixed. The lot is so full of old vehicles it is very difficult to drive in. Never use this U-haul dealership in Harrisonville Missouri!

Truck is was dirty and sticky inside cab, in the drink holders. We wiped everything down. Dash, drink holders, door panels. We returned vehicle , cleaner then we received it. The location is very junky and dirty. No one understands why the City of Harrisonville has not ask them to clean this place of business. Very uninviting.

The parking area doesn't fit the U-Hauls well, causing it to be extremely tight leaving. On returning the parking area was nearly completely blocked off by 2 26' vans that were parked poorly. We were barely able to fit our vehicle in the location for the return. I don't know if this is something that can be improved, but it is an issue that would cause me to use a different Uhaul location

This business doesn’t even look like it is operating. We were afraid to go inside. It’s so dirty along with the man working in there. He had to call someone on the phone to do our pick up (man on phone was very nice I’m assuming owner). The cup holders were broken in truck which was inconvenient on the long trip.
