Equipment was provided frozen, with layers of ice (possibly not their fault). Passenger-side ramp, did not have anything keeping it from coming off trailer, nor did catch-mechanism automatically catch (absolutely their fault). Straps were frozen and I needed to get a blow-torch to unfreeze before they could get into the crank-down mechanism. Would not get out either. Weather did not cooperate but it was provided in an un-useable condition.
