I noticed today that we got charged $22 for going to 22 miles over the 42 miles, it's fine, just don't say you're going to do something and not do it. Also we packed our daughter up the night before. The biggest reason we got a U-Haul was because it was going to rain and we didn't want her mattress to get wet. Well it rained last night, today when we unloaded her mattress it was wet. I'm glad it was just her mattress and not something electrical that could have been ruined. Overall, just not satisfied with the experience.

Travis BIt was crowded with broken cars. Had a very hard time parking uhaul. There were no posted instructions on how to do drop off when business was closed. Just said lock truck and drop key in box, nothing else.

Cole JEquipment was provided frozen, with layers of ice (possibly not their fault). Passenger-side ramp, did not have anything keeping it from coming off trailer, nor did catch-mechanism automatically catch (absolutely their fault). Straps were frozen and I needed to get a blow-torch to unfreeze before they could get into the crank-down mechanism. Would not get out either. Weather did not cooperate but it was provided in an un-useable condition.

JIMMY LI recently rented a U-Haul trailer from a location that was previously a gas station. Unfortunately, the site was in a deplorable state. The area was littered with debris and junk, making it feel more like a scrap yard than a rental facility. The office was also cluttered and disorganized, with little to no effort made to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. The limited parking and narrow access to the building made loading and unloading the trailer a challenging process. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone. The gentleman who helped me retrieve the trailer was friendly and efficient. I found him to be pleasant.
reg gThis place is old school. Based in an old gas station, it's cluttered, it's cramped, but you know what? The people who run it are first rate and the trailer we got was in excellent shape and got the job done, no issue whatsoever.

Allen CUhaul changed my reservation and then could only get me a truck that was larger than I needed, thus costing more money than I was expecting. The guy at the rental place was nice, but there was no parking for my vehicle, so I had to park across the street at QuikTrip.

Bernita CGas was only half full. Took an hour and a half just to be able to get the uhaul due to keys for the one ordered not in lock box and had to switch to a much much bigger one. Experience over all was terrible and will not be using uhaul ever again
