Check in time was over 30 minutes. Return time was over 45 minutes and then we were told we drove 188 miles not possible we have the truck maximum of 4 hours and we moved 5 minutes down the road. Very unsatisfactory. Also I was charged 269.00 and now have to dispute it. They also charged the wrong card and couldn’t use my DL so I had to use my husbands the entire experience was a cluster.

Turned in with over 1/4 of a tank of fuel. Showed employee a picture Wouldn’t give me receipt, said I’d receive email. When I received final receipt, they charged me extra for fuel, saying it had less than a 1/4 tank. Lie, scam,
Anthony FThe young man handed me his phone to check myself in. I had no idea what was I doing and almost charged myself for tires! The place is dirty and the bathrooms smell horrible. I am only hoping it is all correct, and I did not accidentally charge myself for something. It was returned with a fill tank (filled right there at the BP), the dolly was in the cab, there was not any damage.
Miriam SThe person who handles the u haul was not there by the appointment time, had to return an hour later. They had lot of issues through the app, almost 30 minutes to give me the unit. Because of this I received the contract stating that fuel was full when it was 3/4 of a tank.? Left front tire low of air and cargo area soaked with water. Dolly and blankets were not available.
