Michael WNever saw anyone when vehicle was dropped off U-Haul could not find the vehicle even though it was dropped off at the location as per the contract Now I’m being overcharged for not returning it on time and mileage. SMH!

Liznel LThe U-haul “system” was down when I went to pick up the truck. I had to wait for quite a while to actually get the truck but I had absolutely no paperwork of any kind when I left the store and was somewhat concerned if I broke down or got pulled over for some reason. As it turned out, all went well.
