The clerk on duty was not familiar with the uhaul contract process. He did call for help which was not unreasonable. I was was able to walk him through the process since I had previous experience as a uhaul distributor. Unfortunately most uhaul customers do not have that experience. The AFM needs to spend some time with this location.

There was only one person working the store and he was trying to check out minute mart folks while checking out 2 Uhaul customers. He did not tell me which unit was mine and i had to go back in to ask. not very efficient, will not use this location again. i checked in online but had to fill out forms again!!

Rate your experience? Not given that opportunity with your questions. The location and equipment were good. The reservation and intake process was horrible. First of all, you changed my reservation to a location way out of my location and then the process and system when I arrived was horrible and didn’t work. I’m happy to tell you more if you care enough to contact me.

Very slow service and couldn't hardly communicate with the folks who worked there. This was just an over all horrible experience. I will never use u haul to move again. Or recommend that anyone else use them.

Well I turned in the car hauler a day early and talked to him about the return time. He said we would take care of the car hauler the next day 9/1 and not to worry about return time. I got charged an extra day for both the car hauler and the truck. Called customer service and they couldn't get ahold of regional manager so said there was nothing they could do. I am NOT SATISFIED AND WILL BE GIVING A BAD REVIEW ON GOOGLE, REDITT, AND ANY OTHER PLACES I CAN FIND.

1. Due to their Indian heritage, I could hardly understand them. 2. I called to ask if they had what I needed and she told me that they did. So I drove the 50 miles to get there only to find out that they did NOT have what I was asking for - which was a flat bed car carrier truck. So I had to rent a moving truck and a car hauler trailer. 3. She told me that all one way rentals had to be for a minimum of three days but I would get a refund for two days since I was going to turn it in at the new location within one day. When I turned in the truck and trailer I learned that there was no refund for the two days. 4. She handed me the key to 'a'' truck and I had to figure out which truck the key fit out of 5 or 6 trucks. 5. They offered no help in hooking up the trailer to the truck.

Rental location did not go over contract, assist with moving/backing up truck, shorted us the amount of moving pads we requested (received 8 instead of 12) and were incredibly rude. Location did not feel safe and trucks were parked in a field and poorly maintained. Truck has zero gas in it even though contract said a half of tank was in it. HATED THIS LOCATION.

Called to ask for 10 ft truck and we was on the way. When we arrived she was checking a lady out for the truck we had called about. Language barrier. We wanted to pick up and drop off at a different location. We was set for same location return. Would have charged us $185 fee to drop near new home. Left garage opener in Uhaul called to confirm it was there. They seemed to not understand what we was saying and then said it was not in truck. We drove back a few hours later and found it on the visor like we had stated when we called.

Highly disorganized. Takes forever. Trucks are scattered out back and I had to back a 26 footer out on my own between other trucks and trailers along a fence line. Rented blankets and they were loosely stacked in an old walk in refrigerator, I had now idea how many I grabbed. I paid for 3 dozen but actually only grabbed 2 dozen and it appeared that I lost a dozen upon return at a different location.

Very, very poor customer service. Had to wait forever to get service, then she wouldn't even come outside to look at the truck when my husband went to pick it up. She also argued with my husband about the gas amount in it but still wouldn't come look at truck. Will never us UHaul again.

The owners had me bring in the furniture pads as well as the dolly's, then asked if I could back up the 26' truck with car transport.

Managers need training in regards to rental application they use. Although there was a language barrier, at drop off we were initially charged double. Manager was very uncooperative and unfortunately it was not a good experience at all. We were told we would have to call the 1800 number to receive a partial refund. They did not review the charges with me prior to charging my card. As a business owner, after making a mistake like that, should not place the burden on the customer to fix the problem. Other customers may have a better experience, but Due to our experience, we will not use this location again.

Better communication with the customers. Really should be separate from the gas station or have more help on hand.

The man that helped us was busy running his convenience store and asked us to go back out to the truck behind his establishment twice after moving and unloading a 26 foot truck in 90+ degree weather on the third floor. I did not consider him helpful or friendly. It appeared that we were a bother and inconvenience to his other business. Would not recommend.

I would prefer a full time Uhaul center to do my return. Also, you charged me for fuel, I did not owe. I have a photo of th gas guage/odometer to prove it. I would like a refund please.
