It would be nice if they cleaned the inside of the truck. At least a sanitary wipe down. But other than that they were great to work with. Nice and easy pick up and return!

James SI was not given any type of receipt on my starting miles never signed any papers. They charged me for over 100 miles when I only went 47. The mileage she showed me was from the previous customer. This store is just giving out uhauls charging what they want. I was charged 211 dollars for the uhaul .... it was not cleaned out in the back and a customer needs a receipt of starting miles and gas. This is not happening. I have still not received a receipt but have paid the amount as I rent 3-4 times a week. Uhaul may have lost one it's most loyal customers. Check my rental history with uhaul.

Angela CThe location was fine. The UHaul App is terrible! It takes over 40 minutes to check out and then almost 30 minutes to return a vehicle. Save yourself time and frustration and just use a real person to rent the truck.

Anthony BThere was no drop box for the keys. I am so glad we didn’t try to drop off after hours like we had planned. The location is way out in the middle of nowhere, which is something I should have paid more attention to when scheduling the drop off. However, all other available drop off locations were so far away it would have put us over mileage on the rented vehicle. You need more convenient drop off locations!
Cynthia UMy original reservation was only a few miles from my house. Unexpected, it was changed by U-Haul to a location 15 miles away. I then went to pick up the equipment and they didn't have the appliance dolly that I had reserved. It was a complete mess and I'll be hard pressed to ever use U-Haul again.
Richard FMy reservation changed to this location the day I was supposed to pick up truck. The other location was closed when I was supposed to pick up truck. 20 miles out of my way to pick up truck. I’ve use U-Haul many many times. This time was a nightmare. My movers charged me $100 more because I was later. I would like full refund! Where I dropped off truck charges me more for Gas. I Returned with more gas in tank. That tank was on empty when I picked up horrible experience!! Napa in Hermitage Sucks!
Steve HThis location left a horrible taste in my mouth about Uhaul , I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location, If you are so desperate and have no other choice then go to this location , but make sure that you have knowledge and help, as you will have no help or safety check !!! ( I’m assuming that someone should at least go outside with you and make sure that everything is hocked up as it should ) I was told that the trailer is outside ,and I had to hook it and unhook it without any help A day later I developed a back pain under my shoulder that shoots into my chest, and both my hands are numb , I didn’t know that the pain would increase my blood pressure and give me heart attack symptoms, as my blood pressure at ER was 182/90 THANK YOU UHAUL for this HORRIBLE Experience

Juan MIt is a very small local store without much room but they were kind and helpful. Mostly it was convenient and an acceptable place to drop off. I didn’t need much other than a quick easy place to drop it.

He checked to make sure I could and I was able to do that. His initiative made my life so much easier. I really appreciate his efforts on my behalf.

TRACEY MCell phone coverage in the area is low. It makes the check in/ check out process difficult and take long.

MUSTAFE AThe check-in app failed to accept the picture of the gas gauge and odometer reading. I went inside to complete the transaction after three attempts.
Thomas CWhen I ordered the trailer online I declined the insurance. When I got my contract in the email they added the insurance. I tried to call and it would have been over an hour wait on hold. I tried the chat option and that was over a half hour wait.
Don WTruck needed a quart of oil. Cab not swept out, interior windshield so bad you couldn't see out in sun. Obviously not checked when returned or just didn't care. Stopped at first gas station, cleaned windshield, added oil.
Edward BDon't add insurance to a customer order without there permission. I am waiting on my refund for insurance and extra days

Praveenkumar BHe charged us again for something already paid for. No help for hooking up trailer. These independent dealers for uhaul suck and are not helpful. The drop off location in paducah ky was perfect since they are an actual uhaul dealer.

Chris BThe back tires were completely bald and the trailer uneven. Even with the heavy objects up front in the trailer, it bobbed horribly down the road. When I went to return it (during business hours), there was no one to help me unhitch it and no jack for assistance. I ended up having to lift a 6x12 trailer off of a Dodge Ram by myself in 92 degree weather.
Aleisha HI was required to have photos of the cargo area once I dropped off the truck from my used. But upon receiving the truck it was filthy! Flour all in the floor trash, cat food and kitty litter. It was very frustrating

Dorothy DWas friendly. But upon checking me out said I owed a extra 54.00, couldn't tell me why or what for. Called uhaul CS twice to get the same "we don't know" the actual people I had contact with where not bad. Uhaul it's self is.
charles cBlankets kept in huge pile in small freezer. Truck had grease in bed that I had to clean out. I did not get the promised $25 credit for going to a different pickup location. I did not get the promised $25 credit for pulling a trailer back (as trailer was not at new location). I also did not get my 2 person dolly that I had reserved because it was not at the location.

Dan SThe truck looked clean.... But check engine light was on maybe because the very poor maintenance. Engine oil was at 5% life.. very bad vibration while driving it's a very sad because this vehicle only had 7,000 miles on it. I just don't think take better care and to make sure the customer was safe on the road renting their vehicles. The other big problem he's telling me how I would get a free month's storage since I'm running the truck from him at the U-Haul place where I'm storing my stuff when I got to the storage place they do not give me a free month because that's not their policy so I rented a truck for more money just so I thought I was getting a free storage for a month and I was lied to. I'm a very unhappy customer I will not be back.

Anthony CThe lady is a crook! She added an insurance premium and never asked if we wanted insurance. This trailer was attached to my car. Also, the ground on the trailer was cut so I had to figure out how people would see me going down the road. This was a terrible experience!
george pThey shouldn't be renting out your property...there very unprofessional they didn't give me any paperwork, they added insurance on it and forged my signature on the paperwork.

Jeremy LVery nice and told us to contact Uhaul they’re hands were tied. We tried to contact Uhaul but you can’t get through in the phone and when you miss the call back they don’t try again you have to repeat the whole process. It’s just a bunch of hog wash!
Albert TYou all need to take better care of your equipment. When we picked up the truck from the gas station, it was parked in the muddy grass on the side of the building. Apparently the workers make a habit of throwing food over in the grass as well. There is a hole the size of a small fist on the side of the truck; which caused our furniture to get soaked. In addition, the truck is leaking gear oil! We didn't realize it until we got the truck home. There is a huge oil stain in our driveway!!! We had to call roadside assistance to come look at the truck. After further investigation, he advised the brakes could have gone out at any time. This entire experience has been less than enjoyable. I'll never use this company again.
Sydney GActually clean the vehicles. There were nuts and peanuts on the seats coffee stains on the floor. Had I brought my youngest son with me He would have died.
