The directions were very poor for a 24/7 share. I eventually had to call someone to help me after I was about 1.5 hours off schedule. The person who helped me was great and very patient. Things went well once we got started.

James J.When I dropped the truck off I couldn't tell if the location was open until I opened the front door of the business. Also they made me back the trailer into its parking spot, I thought this was what they get paid for. When I pulled into the parking lot the truck read 324 miles to E, I picked the truck up when it was 322 miles to E. When I went back out to back the trailer up the guage read 321 miles to E so they charged me $8 for a gallon of fuel. To top it off I was quoted $6 a gallon when I picked it up in Florida where fuel costs more. Why did they charge me more where the fuel is cheaper?

Levin M.The truck was dirty and not swept out. The cab was also dirty. They also did not put the utility dolly in the back so I had to do without. The truck also did not have the required 1/4 tank of fuel. The dash said I had 49 miles to empty which dropped quickly upon driving. The truck was also parked on the grass behind parking spots. If one more car had parked in a certain spot, I would not have been able to get the truck out without hunting down owners of the cars and asking them to move. I got lucky and there was one opening in between some of the trailers but I had to reposition the truck and barely squeezed out. The truck's A/C kept going out as well. Location did not open until 11:00am and I was picking up at 10:00am so there was no one I could talk to. Do yourself a favor and pick a different location if possible.

I went to 3 diffrent locations 1st place was closed where I was told by uhaul to go, I get there was told I'd get the truck and car dolly, well he didn't have the right car dolly so just got the truck go to a 3rd place get car dolly finally well the truck DOES NOT HAVE TOW HOOK UP!!!! I HAD TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO BUY THAT ON TOP OF GETTING THE CHARGES FOR UHAUL, THEN EXACTLY AT MY RETURN TIME UHAUL CALLS ME AND TEXTS 3 DIFFRENT TIMES!!! I WAS SET TO RETURN AT 6PM IT WAS EXACTLY 6PM AND ASKING WHERE I WAS WELL IF YOUR EQUIPMENT HAD THE RIGHT ITEM ATTACHED AND I DIDNT NEED TO GO TO 3 PLACES I WOULDNT HAVE BEEN BEHIND ON TIME. I WAS TOLD NO CHARGE THEN GET CHARGED OVER 500!!!!

CHANTEL H.Contract stated drop-off at 9am. I was there at 8:55am. Place closed. Used drop box. Next day my credit card showed charges for one day extra, AND for dropping off after hours. Outrageous! Called place of business and was greeted by rude, uncooperative person (owner?). He stated his place did not open until 11am. My contract showed 9am. I want those extra charges refunded.
RONALD P.Person behind counter wouldnt show me the contract he did it all on his personal phone. would tell me what he marked as the fuel on contract just signed for me submited and said go. The fuel he submitted was 5/8 tank when in fact and I have photos it was barely 1/4 tank gas when i was leaving. that's a 1/4 tank difference which in those trucks and todays prices is a lot of money for nothing. Then he tells I have to pay for safemove ins. on one way moves even though I have my own never have before. I spent $100 more on a truck rental that should have been $175 tops becasue of gas and ins lying this vendor needs to loose their permit.

Devin C.Uhaul needs to let the customer know that they are responsible for putting gas back in the truck. I'm sure it was in the very fine print but should be on the page that tells you the price, the price per mile, and should say plus gas. Also needs digital reading because I literally drove 10.5 miles but was charged for 6 gallons of gas. That's less than 2 MPG's. Ridiculous!!

Victoria B.I was originally scheduled to pick up my truck at Carter Prepaid in Valdosta GA, folks there were ZERO help. Truck was not ready and they said they only do mobile check in and returns. I had to call UHaul be put on hold 10 minutes only to be given a second number to call and be put on hold another 10 minutes. Finally was able to get my reservation transferred to another location which was Suite C in Valdosta. The man there was Jerome who could not have been more helpful, THANK YOU Jerome. I highly recommend UHaul stop using Carter Prepaid in Valdosta GA.

Terrance S.. I would have appreciated it if the cab interior had been sanitized due to the current pandemic situation. However, we cleaned and sanitized ourselves. The windshield also needed cleaning. It would really be nice if upon every truck return, the tire pressure could be checked for the next customer, and given that assurance. We girls took it upon ourselves, having no experience with this, purchasing a tire gauge and testing the tires. Everything else with the moving van was in good condition and working order as far as we could tell. The best part was that the rental station delivered the truck to us! That was VERY much appreciated and unexpected.

Benjamin M.I was disappointed that I was charged a complete extra day because I was an hour late. With the coronavirus scare I couldn't find anyone to help me unload a grand piano. After waiting an hour for a rain storm to pass I wound up unloading it by myself which wasn't easy. I thought it was pretty petty to charge me an extra day... Oh, and the guy didn't even tell me he was charging me. I just saw it on my email receipt after I had left the facility. Not a good way to do business.
