I highly recommend Jerome at the Tifton location. He was very helpful in getting us on the road with our UHaul rental. I originally had reserved a truck for pickup in Cordele, GA. Was called two days before scheduled pickup saying truck would be unavailable, and I would need to pick up truck in Pinehurst, GA. Arrived Saturday morning and was informed that they did not have my reserved truck. Was never contacted about truck not being available. Was then routed to Tifton. My whole morning was wasted trying to get a truck. Wasted time and gas.

Handled like a pro
Kurtis BCharged me for insurance when I did not want it very unorganized. Trailer had damage and right light didn't work. Never got any paperwork. Guy was to busy talking on his phone to really do anything. Still waiting on my $ 30.00 refund
Joseph SI selected a location online that was close to the apartment I was moving items from. But the pickup location was not the same. It was a rundown shack several miles away. I passed a clean, well taken care of U-Haul place on the way to the "shack" and hoped it was where I was going. It was not and I was disappointed. The young man that was there was poorly dressed and didn't seem very familiar with the process. Also, the blankets I requested were not there.
