I have photos showing I drove ONLY 20 miles but I was charged for almost 5x that many. This is absolutely ridiculous to me. Does no one check the mileage afterwards?Katie B.

Reserved the truck on Thursday morning for Friday morning pick up at 6am. I reserved 2 sets of hand trucks, 1 appliance hand truck, 2 dollies, and 120 moving blankets. Order confirmed no problem. I get there to pick the truck up takes me 45 minutes to get the online pick up done since this location doesn't open until 9am. I didn't have the first piece of moving equipment in the truck so that set me back 4 hours since I had to load by hand until the store opened, went back to the store to get the moving supplies and they did not have everything that I asked for plus they were going to charge me full price even though I had already been working 4 hours without it. I get a call later asking me when I am going to be finished with the truck knowing this is a 24hr rental since I didn't get it back to them before they closed I get charged for 2 days rental. I will never use u-haul for a single rental ever again. Customer service offered a $20 dollar coupon, wow thanks for nothing. By the way this was a 24ft truck rental.Joshua S.

After walking around the 26 foot truck I noticed additional marks or damage on the truck that were not identified with a â€œblack X stickyâ€. I went inside and informed the gentleman behind the counter of what I saw his reply was â€œit's OK we're not gonna charge you for that it's no big dealâ€ to which I replied â€œcan I get that in writingâ€? he then walked outside with me and placed black X stickies on the damage that I saw and asked me, Do you felt betterâ€? his condescending attitude was not appreciated.Kevontrae B.

There were two vehicles not being used when I came to rent at 11:25am. The smaller of the 2 had a 4:30pm rental pickup. So I was only given the option of renting the bigger, more expensive truck. I thought that was not good service, but....I needed a truck so i agreed. With so much turnaround time, why not get the truck rented for people who need it? I was back in 30 minutes. I don't know why I was asked all of the questions that I had filled in online already AND it didn't save my credit card. That was slightly annoying. I thought I would run in, sign my name, and get the keys, but it took longer. The lady who helped me was very friendly.Patricia S.

I made a reservation a week in advance then when I got there the girl had let a previous customer extend her rental and causing me not to have a rental. It's took over an hour for her to find another location in which I had to drive to to pick up a truck that was 11 feet longer than I needed.Robert C.

The lady (Nancy, I think) was very friendly and helpful. When I returned the truck I asked her if there was a way I could pick up a truck after normal hours and she explained the process to me in a way I could easily understand. Did not have the correct equipment I ordered a utility dolly and got a equipment dolly- movers did not even use it! The attendant asked me to sign the gas gauge without seeing the actual gauge - looked at me funny when I refused to sign- told her I needed to see it first - otherwise everything was okMYRNA K.
