GARRY KI reserved the U-Haul for a holiday, so the facility was closed. I'm not super techy, but I found the online check-in process to be very thorough, yet very easy. I was very pleased and recommend!

BRADLEY AI was served by competent staff at Sunbrook Secure Storage. They treated me with respect and good service without the pretended politeness that is so prevalent today and that so obviously clashes with thinly veiled antipathy for the customers who make their life inconvenient just by showing up at the door.
MARCUS RI did an overnight drop there was no one to help me because they were closed. The lot was pretty full but I was able to get my truck in with ease.

CHRISTIAN NIf the truck doesn't have a ramp you should let people know before they rent it. It's a super important detail. I don't know if all 10 footers don't have a ramp or just the one I was using

ANTHONY SThe U-Haul dealer at 958 N 1100 w, St George Utah would only do one way and not do a local. So i had to go to the one at Sunbrook secure storage to get my rental. they were friendly and easy to work with .
CRAIG DThe first location would not take the equipment because they had 7 auto transports already and had no room for more. The next place had 5 and we’re expecting 2 more. The last place did not want to take it either but I told them that I was leaving it and not going to another place so they reluctantly accepted the transport
BRETT JAWESOME customer service. The U-Haul app had me scheduled to pickup at a completely different location than the text confirmation I received. The rep at Sunbrook Secure Storage had the problem resolved within a minute and I was on my way. Cleanest U-Haul truck I've ever driven.

BRICE MThe location was fine and clean. The truck was clean but broke down with a full truck which caused me to miss appointments and deadlines. Vehicle was obviously not maintained mechanically.

ROBBIE DGreat customer service in St Geoege. But the drop off was a nightmare. No ine was there to accept the uhaul. It was a very sketchy place in Tucson. Took it to a real dealership across the street. They were very nice to accept it. Contacted some one at uhaul and said it would be ok to take it. Please don’t send us to a place like that again. We tried calling them and said know one was available to help. Take them off your return list. They are on Benson. A scary place to go too.

Andrew BPrompt and friendly service. Needed a small van for short in town move of a piece of equipment and U-Haul had exactly what I needed when I needed it.

KEVIN JIt isn't obvious where to turn in keys and it's a pretty long walk from the equipment parking area to the key box, especially in very hot weather.
