The computer system was down when I went to rent my trailer. The technician helping me had to copy my drivers license and credit card to get it to work so I could use the trailer. The U-Haul system needs to be overhauled. It’s not working great staffing was good. They worked with me to get me what I needed for the task I was doing.

Duane Ci do not recommend this location if you need a truck monday morning. they are not open sundays so when the u-haul representative confirms your truck 24 hours before they are not actually confirming anything. i was confirmed for self-pickup at 8 am but the truck was not available and they don’t open until 9am. they changed my pickup time to 9am on the same day but did not send an update confirmation text so i was unaware. messed up all my plans since movers came at 9am.
Lindsey MNot a thing. I reserved online and was driving the auto transport out of the lot in less than 10 minutes. Nice guy at the counter too.
