From start to finish the entire experience was professional and hassle free. The driver who dropped off our containers was very helpful and talked through the entire process which was helpful. Every contact with UHaul customer service was extremely helpful and always kept us up to date.

I have experience with storage facilities in several states. Sunbrook is one of the verrrry cleanest! I did not see one bug! I never, ever detected the scent of pest control spray (like they have in some storages - and it permeates your belongings). I loved that there are cameras everywhere and that a fob is required to enter the grounds. I felt that my things - and I, when I visited - were safe and secure at all times. Bonus: you can rent a uHaul if you need to! I highly, highly, highly recommend Sunbrook Storage!

After being let down by my local uhual location after confirming a reservation I had to drive an hour down to this location and picked up a trailer on a saturday the gentleman at the counter that assisted me was extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend this location to everyone! 5 stars

Unfortunately, once my container left the St George area I wasn't contacted about it's whereabouts or when I could pick up. I called the Lexington Park, MD location multiple times to see when I could pick up. My order form was VERY misleading and stated I could pick up on 2/9 and return the pod on 2/11. I was never notified on 2/9 about pick up. I called on 2/10 and was told my pod was there but I can't pick up. I was finally able to pick up my pod on 2/11 but again had to call to make sure someone would be there to assist. Several of my items were broken in the process upon opening my pod.

Sunbrook secure storage took care of all our needs and needed supplies for our movers to pack up and ship our belongings. I highly recommend this company for storage and moving supplies

Sun room Secure Storage was super friendly and helpful. They alerted me when the box arrived and worked with me to arrange its delivery — I hadn't had an address when I arranged the UBox so couldn't make the delivery arrangements in advance, but Debbie and Chris kept notes, made arrangements with my mover, and the whole thing was fast, easy, and flawless. The all-metal UBox was super sturdy and weather-tight for the cross-US winter trip. Very, very happy! Thank you Debbie and Chris! Also, used Troy Gent at Pack Rats to unload the box: it took us 3 days to load the box and Troy and his guy just 30 minutes to unload! Up to a third floor walk-up apartment!! Everything was carefully carried and placed in the apartment, and Troy and his guy could not have been friendlier, more helpful, or more courteous— they were GREAT! Very, very happy with this entire experience! Thank you Troy!

I sold my RV after the catalytic converter was stolen from it at this facility. My only complaint is that the camera system was not working. If you store your RV here, take the extra storage protection insurance for $9.00 a month.

I found this place to be very understaffed. Phone calls went to voicemail that were then not responded to. If I went to the front desk to speak with someone, almost always there was no star at the front desk for up to 30 minutes at a time, OR, there was a long line and a very long amount of time to wait for a turn as again, it is very understaffed there. And I could never pay my bill online, it wouldn't work, and so, every month, I had to go in person, wait in line, to pay my bill. Not at all convenient. The staff there was always friendly and helpful, just scarce which made getting taken care of in a prompt manner frustrating. Also, the cart on the premises was taped with dirty, falling apart duct tape while a sign on the door read, 'We clean everything daily'... um... how do you 'clean' that? Better hand carts in working order are needed there as well. Again, this is not reflecting current staff, simply the owners only. The staff do not have a say in poor business practices. I found all staff to always be kind and courteous and helpful despite the poor conditions under which this particular business is managed.
