I was set to pick up my uhaul and they changed the location on me last minute. We went to the new location to pick it up and they didn’t have the uhaul available. They instead had me take a larger truck which is not what I wanted. They also didn’t have my Dollie’s available so I had to pick them up the next day. They told me they wouldn’t charge me for the bigger truck but they did anyway. Overall unfortunate experience

If the truck doesn't have a ramp you should let people know before they rent it. It's a super important detail.
I don't know if all 10 footers don't have a ramp or just the one I was using
