Train your people it took 4 hours and I had a 10am appointment and had to go to 3 locations and took 4 hours will not go to U-Haul again

I was charged, substantially, for not returning equipment I did not rent. I may be looking into taking legal action against your company if not properly compensated

Will and Mark made my move so much easier. I was in and out of that U-Haul facility And on my way to move my house they just helped make it a lot easier.

Not only did I book a U-Haul in Brooksville the day of my move. I see a text message telling me that they’ve transferred my location an hour away from me. I had to redo my pick up time for 9 o’clock the owner of the location never showed up until 1035 after mini phone calls yelling screaming I did not get a discount. I haven’t been compensated for my fuel or mileage. The 330 miles was wasted for me to drive an hour away, I was doing a one-way pick up and those 30 miles would have been really helpful for 70 mile drive with a pick up location that was three minutes from my house less than a mile then I was told that they were over the weekend of my move and that’s why they had their customers going everywhere. What is the point of making a reservation and then being told the location to change the size of the truck has to change it’s absolutely ridiculous , this isn’t the only Customer I’m not the only customer this happened with. I met another customer at the location that was supposed to be open at nine and again. The owner didn’t get there until 10:35 in the morning told me that he had reserved his truck over a month and a half ago and the same thing happened to him. I am so upset with your company with the location that you have if people don’t have equipment, you shouldn’t be able to make a God bless appointment or reservation, then I go to the other side at the U-Haul storage unit. I’m supposed to have a free lot and oh my goodness guess what’s not there so at 10 o’clock at night I’m having to drive around to find a lot to put on my storage unit after wasting half my day to try to find a truck. My original pick up time was 7 o’clock in the morning. I had movers at my house waiting on me that I had to pay hourly trying to get this truck. My movers were supposed to be at my house at eight so you do the map and how much this in this truck cost me .

No issues with this location. Was a little inconvenient to get to, but overall the staff was accommodating and helpful and the act itself was easy.

This location doesn't pop up in the computer and only on Google. I had to complain to uhauls costumer service to get it to this location and they still tried to get me to drive an extra 15 miles to a location farther away and claimed it wasn't a 24 hour drop off. I told them the first truck was dropped off there fine and after saying that they changed it for me. What a headache and uhaul won't be the first choice for me next time.

Th person who runs this location has dogs, and the dog jumped up on my leg and scratched me and made me bleed!!!!! I asked him for something to wipe it with and he handed me a pair of dirty shorts. Then came out with some first aid items. The cut is nasty, I want to submit a photo of it . I would like someone from U-Haul to contact me, bc this shouldn’t be my experience.

Words cannot explain the experience I went through to rent a truck for 4 hours. It took me over an hour to even get the truck due lack of experience from the person working there. And to add to the mess I went thru he had a German shepherd and Pitbull dog in the office. Not a good experience at all. I had my mom and sister with me that were scared to death. Poor location and the area and house were disgusting. Very disappointed in the overall experience!!

This location should have an employee. The mobile process leaves room for error and liability. I received an agreement in my email but it was not signed and inaccurate on miles and fuel level. I will not do this again without a human person next to me. Too risky. I should not have to do the work a U-HAUL employee is paid to do.

The truck wouldn’t drive. The check engine light was on. The app wouldn’t let me upload photo of drivers license. They didn’t have another 20’ truck so we had to take a 26’ which made it very difficult to maneuver where we needed it. Overall It took over an hour and 3 phone calls to U-Haul to get a truck. I haven’t received the $50 reservation refund for all the issues.

It is a new location, and the business doesn't have a sign to pinpoint them from afar yet, but it does have the sign of U-Haul.
