DAFFANA GHi Kim! I moved here a yr ago and Kim was very accommodating! I needed a trailer the other day and she was very helpful as usual.
Joey AI actually don't have much to say because we dropped the truck off after hours. I think they close at 3 pm. Parking lot is dusty and packed with hauls. I was originally scheduled to drop off much closer to the location we moved to but uhaul texted me and relocated the drop off location. Very far away from the original drop off. Heavy traffic to get there. I understand you have to look at the inventory at each location but I feel that if you book a location you should get it. This is the second time this has happened with the drop off with uhaul. There was no one at the drop off location.
STEVEN SThe remote pickup is too hard to get images accepted. If the owner want there I would not have been able to get the rental.

NAGHMAN SThe location I booked was around the corner from my storage unit & open until 5pm. This location that I was moved to closed at 3pm on Friday, requiring an overnight stay when none was planned & 12-noon on Saturday. Car trailer was so rusty I couldn't get the tow straps loose but since they closed while I was on the property, I had to call road-side assistance for WD-40 and a working left tail light.

John BSure would be nice to have handled on the inside of the truck sides, to hook mess to hold stacked boxes that slide during the drive so injuries can be prevented. It was very scary when the boxes collapsed on me. No serious injuries but very scary that one of the boxes with sharp corners missed my head

Dean HThe haul system sucks. I told.them I wanted to drop off at Nameless rd location when I reserved the trailer. After picking up, haul Sent me an email with 2 locations to return that were 1.5 hours round trip. Called haul and they said I could take to na.eless rd location. Then I get another email telling g me.to return in Dripping Springs. That is over 2hiurs round trip. What the he'll is.going on???
