Perfect service
edward cI made the reservation three weeks in advance of our move to pickup the equipment at a location close to our house. Two days before the move I received a call telling me I had to pickup the equipment from another location 30 minutes away. (We planned to pick up the truck first, load it and then pickup the auto trailer) When I called the location to confirm someone would be there to help hook up the trailer when we came to pick it up, The lady told me I had to be there by a certain time during because she picks up her kid from school. We made sure we arrived early but nobody was there to help us. We called several times and nobody answered. I ended up calling the main U-Haul number for help. When we finally found the lady she was outside her house talking to some guy. (Not a customer) I explained we were there to pick up the equipment. She was rude and told us to go down the hill and wait and she would be there in a few minutes. When she got there she showed my husband which trailer to take and left. Also, when we picked up the U-Haul truck, the fuel tank was only half full. This location is horrible. Luckily our drop off experience was great. They were super helpful and nice.

RONALD RI've used U-HAL in many places, but the owner is really friendly, fast, and provides excellent service.
OHSUNG KThe location is quite far, which leads to unnecessary extra mileage charges. For example, if my own moving job is just a 6-mile round trip, I end up driving 20 miles because of the location, and I have to pay for those extra 14 miles unnecessarily.
