How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had no issues, and when I arrived the U-haul rep, made sure everything was in check, and even hooked up my trailer and I was good to go.
Steve BKim is very knowledgeable about her business and equipment and very easy to get along with. Pickup and delivery are always smooth and easy.
Gerald KI spent maybe 15 minutes total with pick up and drop off. I recommend filling out the pre-check in to save time which I did. Great customer service!!!
