Didn’t love the winding back road to get to the location. There was an overwhelming amount of U-Haul vehicles and trailers there. We are unsure if we left the truck in the right spot because we parked by trailers.

Candice LSundance Rentals is a great location that is a value added asset to the U-haul product. Trailer needs a hand crank lift on the tongue for ease of mounting, dismounting.

Also helped with adding the 4 to 7 prong adaptor without a hassle and help direct us into place and hooked up the trailer for us on the way out. It was excellent service on a busy morning. I was originally set up to pick up at a closer more convenient location, but UHAUL switched the location at the last minute. The actual pick up location was great. Very helpful and ready for my arrival. Location gets an excellent rating, UHAUL Corp gets a poor.

James MRented a motorcycle trailer - it was great! Pickup and drop off were a breeze. I just wish it was 20 miles closer to Austin TX (this was the closest motorcycle trailer to my house in Austin apparently)

Ryan THUGE asterisk for my rating on the first question. It needs clarification. It says "this location." We were sent to THREE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS to rent a truck. If it is referring to Sundance on Nameless Road, I would give it five stars. I've rented and returned here before with no issues. Pickup and return was a simple process, although the U-Haul app gave me issues during pickup. If referring to Hill Country Feed, I'll give it two stars. It wasn't their fault the guy using the truck that we needed to rent didn't show up. They didn't have a truck for us, but they didn't call prior to our arrival. They did make an effort to locate a truck for us to use and referred us to Josh's Used Tires. So we went directly there from Hill Country Feed. They were closed by the time we showed up so they get two stars just because we were totally frustrated at this point. We should have selected Sundance from the get go and we wouldn't have wasted all of our fucking time.

Jarrod MI used the app to drop off, the lady called after I left to report that I had entered the wrong mileage (fat fingered it and in a hurry) and was getting a refund.
CHARLES NThe open hours are pretty short and should be at least 9 hours. The app is a little clunky and it takes a little too long for the approval. You could tell that the person doing the approval on the backend had a lot of open items in the queue.

Joey AI actually don't have much to say because we dropped the truck off after hours. I think they close at 3 pm. Parking lot is dusty and packed with hauls. I was originally scheduled to drop off much closer to the location we moved to but uhaul texted me and relocated the drop off location. Very far away from the original drop off. Heavy traffic to get there. I understand you have to look at the inventory at each location but I feel that if you book a location you should get it. This is the second time this has happened with the drop off with uhaul. There was no one at the drop off location.
