Check over and clean the truck. Our truck was not in condition to go 900 plus miles. It was broke from when we loaded it.

ANGEL SI got charged for gas because I didn’t put it to full. However I put more gas in it than I had to as the gas was not full when I picked it up.

Rebecca BI should get a full refund. 24/7 pick up had glitches which took us an hour and 15 minutes to resolve as my loading crew stood around and waited. App and .com both over half hour wait for customer service, ridiculous. Ordered and charged for hand cart, no hand cart in truck. How do you expect me to move all this with no hand cart. Front end on truck shook so bad I had to pull off the road to see if tires were falling off. Starting at 35 mph it shook like crazy. From 50-65 mph it shook so bad it was going to shake off the road. Front windshield had a chip in it. After all this wonderful, shitty experience they charge me more for mileage.

Alex HThe location was fine and everything appears to be maintained correctly, except for the computer system. Was the only customer in the location, at the time, and it still took over 1/2 hr to get the trailer. The computer system kept locking up, so the rep had to ask for my info 3 times. He was doing everything he could but nothing worked, so he eventually had to resort to the old paper form to be able to get us out the door. He did say they would manually input the info back into the computer system once it came back up -- and provide a discount since there were the issues. That follow up did not happen though, because we got contacted while we were driving asking us to verify all the equipment info and no discount was applied to our invoice.

Chad BI showed up t'o get the trailer. One trailer had a broken Jack, can't use. Next I dug out the snow on the other trailer lights didn't work. Can't use. The time is now 4:30 pm. The service man was done with work. I had to get a hotel and stay the night and come back to get a trailer that worked. The trailer from the day that I shovel out before was hooked up to another U haul truck. The service man said that someone else was getting it he told me to come back in an hour when i got back he was fixing the lights, so I cleaned of the trailer while he fix the lights, didn't get out of there until 12:30 pm, one day later than the reservation date. I will say the Service man was polite, knowledgeable, and did his best. It costs me the hotel room, a day of missed work, and the frustration of digging out trailers (3 trailers) and was last on the list. Not good!!

Bobby KHad I know it was basically a location requiring me to complete drop off online and then drop a key in the box, I would have selected another location. Also in the middle of dropping off, someone did show up but offered no assistance whatsoever.

ARTUR BWell I started this whole transaction to begin with a online checkin and do it yourself pick up, from Sunday lake auto but they forgot to put the keys in the box for my reservation… so not to happy that I had to drive 20mins out of town to pick up a 15 ft truck, when I paid for a 10ft truck that I was suppose to get 5 minutes from my house.
