Didn’t interact with anyone since I was using the app. I returned the U-Haul nearly full of gas (at pickup it was just over half full) but still got charged for extra mileage driven which wasn’t my fault in the first place because of the Owatonna overage. It was minor - 10 miles - but it’s the principle of the thing. You guys really know how to nickel and dime (aka) rape your customers. I won’t be using u-Haul ever again.
