This is the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had in my life nothing but problem after problems since I picked up my truck and equipment until I dropped it off and then I was dealing with it after a two day trip I had to sit there and deal being tried to get charged double because I moved out of state and somebody messed up on the mile generally put 30 miles when I clearly had a flat rate from kennewick Washington to Fort Worth, Texas and it wasn’t just one problem. I had at least four I even had to buy a lock because there was none for the trailer and it could’ve gotten knocked off of the truck. They never gave me one of the guys at the marina were so rude unprofessional and unhelpful. You guys should really look into taking them out of your guys service. The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve already called to U-Haul and spoke to corporate at least three different times throughout my trip. I am heartbroken and I will not be using U-Haul again. Next time I have to move. I will sell all of my stuff because it’s not even worth the hassle. It’s in your drawer. I took the clip out yeah the top one the one with the clip.

Location was great. Pickup experience was not. App didn't work. My son was going to the driver, but kept getting message that license wasn't valid. Since it was early spent lots of time trying to talk to someone at uhaul via phone. Supposed to pick up truck at 7:00 am. Ended up picking up at 8:30. Put us way behind schedule

Easy location to find, lots of parking that made it easy to get the truck parked. I had not selected a drop off location previously and this was not a problem at all. The man who helped us was very kind and the process was quick and easy.

I was told that if I returned the trailer before the 5 day rental, I would be reimbursed for the unused days. This was not the case when I returned the trailer in Apple Valley, CA, They indicated that there is there is no refund for the unused days. I checked the agreement and to my dismay they are right. Oh well, what can I expect living in a fallen world.

If you are going to be the major drop point for an area.....being open on Saturday would be helpful

Drop off location didn’t help with anything. I had to find a place to park trailer and had to un hook trailer myself. Just par with the whole experience this time just sucked.

Make sure all rented items are in the truck before the person picks it up. Moving blankets we rented were forgotten and location was closed when we picked up truck so we had to get a refund which had its own problems.

Don’t charge me for a full tank of gas when I got the truck on 3/4 tank and left 1/4 tank in it. Charge me for a half tank. Or since the driver pays for the gas how about you just not charge for it. In any case, what makes it worse is that I got DOUBLE charged for a rental tax! I had already gotten taxed when I picked the truck up! Didn’t realize I was doing business with the government. Absurd they charged me a rental tax. Unethical.
