Customer service at this location was excellent. I wish I had gotten they guy's name so I could give proper kudos but I was in a hurry on both ends.
Steven R.Don't charge me for a full tank of gas when I got the truck on 3/4 tank and left 1/4 tank in it. Charge me for a half tank. Or since the driver pays for the gas how about you just not charge for it. In any case, what makes it worse is that I got DOUBLE charged for a rental tax! I had already gotten taxed when I picked the truck up! Didn't realize I was doing business with the government. Absurd they charged me a rental tax. Unethical.
