mohammad sAttendant did not know how to use a computer so he sent us to another location to begin the check in process after which I was to return to pick up the keys from the original process. The check in was not explained therefore I did not check my email to begin the process. I suggest verifying that your rental locations are properly trained to allow for proper check in and return of the vehicles. Additionally I booked 10 furniture blankets online which I did not receive. I've yet to check my receipt to see if I was charged for them.

JAYANATH GSunfood market outlet at fraser hwy, Employee was super rude when we were returning the vehicle. Disgusting attitude & talk down customers thinking he is a king. Giving condescending statements about vehicle meter photos, I had to stand up for my self and say to his face please speak respectfully n stop raising your voice at me& i dont work for you. Never gonna recommend this location. Employee was a bold guy with glasses.Do something about it. Never had this kind of experience even in a small grocery shop.Pathetic.
WATTAGE PThe fuel was overcharged. About 33 dollars were deducted for 8 miles. Very poor customer service at this location.

JAYMOND FDidnt give us proper instructions where to drop off the key for return. Also, didnt mention we have to get the fuel recharge to the same level as we got. We just knew it would be kilometer charge and the rental charge.
RAI BI showed the picture for the fuel gauge when we picked it up it was only 1/16 and when we returned it was 1/8. But the guy said he will figure out and let me know. I never got a call back from and instead charged for fuel surcharge.

Jagdeep SI was charged extra money for late return, but their attendant knew nothing about putting info into the computer, it took them 30 minutes to issue me the truck. I'm very disappointed with the service, I expect the extra charges to be returned.
Kamaldeep SBad customer service from this U haul dealer. He double charged me for late return (within 24 hour rental though). What stirred me is that he earlier told I’m good to extend my rental without any fee, but later he double charged. Worst of all is that, he did not inform me that he is going to double charge me. Instead, all I received is a surprise receipt for 2 day rental. Complete scam!
ranga nEngine light was on when we picked up the truck, but everything was fine and I told the person when I brought it back. All good 👍
Bradley DWrong address for pick up. I went to the exact address that was sent to me Via email and even saw a U-haul truck parked behind the location, however, the lady in the store said this is not the place to pick up and you have to walk 3 blocks down to a random convenience store to get the truck. I said but this the pick up location. She said her boss will give me the keys 3 blocks down the street. I was confused. So I walk to this new address and tell the people in the store that I made reservations to pick u-haul but they said there is no reservation but luckily they had another truck parked in their parking lot. So I just ended up grabbing that truck. But I told these guys that this is not the correct address to pick up the truck. No one has to go to or walk to two different locations to pick up the truck.
GURMIT Dthey are scamming people . i already sent an email which was respondly by the customer help agent who gave me the my money back. Please keep more track of these kind of activities and warn these sneaky dealers who are ruining uHaul's name. Thanks Rajat Talwar
Rajat THello, I was charged for miles but the meter was in km also i got less fuel and gave more fuel. Still I got charged more. Also i submit my vehicle around 05:00pm and its showing 06:04 PM. This is almost like a fraud and i will take further concrete action.
