Hard complex to get into. Gas tank was on E, and I never got reimbursed for returning it with more gas. Tire sensor light and message was constantly on and wouldn’t let me read odometer. Website is stupid for uploading photos. I should able to upload from my phone.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe system socks, I would never recommend to anyone. Took almost 40 minutes to figure out why there was an issue. Tried to pay at location and both cards declined, tried to cancel and the clerk said they can't cancel on their end. Tried to cancel on mobile and kept getting white screen until it finally worked. Tried signing up on web and didn't work. Terrible system. Fix immediately.
