NILSA BI left my EZ pass in the uhaul and the guy who helped me yesterday said it wasn’t there. Yeah because it was removed by someone who worked there yesterday.
MALCOLM SThe rep was rude then gives a truck that has the check engine light on and says he dont know anything and that he is part of uhaul but rents uhauls.

Chastity MDirty, could not understand and communicate with the employee. Drug dealers out front. Did not have the reserved equipment. Utility dolly was broke. Employee did not check equipment with me, a pretrip. No instructions. Just gave me the key. No receipt.
Donald BA/C stopped working the second day. It was a 3 day trip from WV to Florida in 85 to 90 degree heat. With a dog. Not a very pleasant experience.

Kenneth NWaited 20 mins to get a key. Truck had old food in it. I did not opt for insurance yet they charged me. I drove 30 miles and filled the tank back up and I was charged over $130
Kelly HThe guy behind the counter was helpful but My reservation wasn't showing in the system even though that was my drop off place, which was futher away then I wanted to drop it off in. Had to do the self turn in and the session kept timing out I had to call customer service thank God for that angel.

WILLIAM GI get there and the employee didn’t know what to do. He had to get his manager on the phone. I ordered 12 blankets. They didn’t reserve them for me so we had to go to Walmart to spend $120 on quilts. He did refund the money for the blankets but cost me way more. Also didn’t have the dolly I reserved but didn’t luckily have an appliance dolly. Gas was on empty.
BRANDON BThe owner of the gas station was great, but it took us about 30 minutes each time to pick up our trucks.
Tyler HYou can check the order in advance and when the customer orders an Appliance dolly do not just give them a utility dolly which is too small to be useful. You can also get them in and out sooner than 30 minutes when they have a reservation and are on time. Also you can pull the vehicle out or at least make it accessible so you don't have to drive in the grass to get around other uhauls that are blocking the one that is being rented
