Great customer service, very kind staff
jason hDriver side window kept getting stuck when winding it up & it was freezing out. Location did not have the larger furniture dolly offered online during reservation. As far as U-Haul, it seems a bit unfair that you get charged $4.99 for the gas being just slightly off when you return truck 12 hours early and under the 20-free-miles. I understand the truck not being available for others to book-but still. I’m sure there wouldn’t have been credit given if the gas gauge was higher than where it started. (Per U-Haul agreement you have to sign.) On the positive side, the U-Haul was clean & mechanically ran well. The inside shelf & lights in back came in very handy.
