Why are we not allowed to drop off the rental at the closest location? This makes no sense. I went to drop the rental off at the closest location to me, and the counter workers said that if they checked it in, it would be a "wrong location" fee of $1,000? What is this fee for? You're telling me that if I moved from Ohio to California, I would have to come back to Ohio to avoid being charged $1,000? We should be able to go from pick up to drop off at a location convenient to the customer. Why do you not want to make it easier for your customers?

Very difficult process. Employee was new, had to wait almost 45 minutes plus to get truck. My order did not allow me to pick up truck, had to call 800 number and they had to reprocess as Employee at location was not trained in dispatch and the rental process.

Nicholas Gterrible experience and I am still waiting on manager's call as was promised to me. 1. The 1/2 dozen blankets I ordered were not on truck 2. I am driving this truck one way - why half a tank of gas only? 3. struggled 40 minutes exactly with lockbox and 1 of the 2 agents that was supposed to help with the code was rude and unprofessional.. but after 40 minutes of failed attempts to unlock; the gas station attendant said, Oh I have the keys here. I am requesting refund on the moving blankets and some compensation for this very unpleasant experience that cost me a lot more than just the irritation and the delay.
