This location was not very helpful at all. This was my location for the initial pick up on May 8th. I was trying to use a government credit card for payment and to do so they needed to sign a DD form 889. We explained what the form was. UHaul corporate even said it was ok to sign the form. They wouldn't. UHaul corporate had us go to a different location. We were told that they had to pay a $50 fee to the credit card for not helping us.

Maged WI had picked a different location and had a truck and appliance dolly reservation. Scheduling alerted me my location truck didn’t arrive and moved me to another location. I asked if new location also had the dolly and was told yes. So I approved the move. I arrived to no dolly and had to arrange a pickup if dolly at prior location making me have to return to two different locations, which subsequently resulted in my window in my car breaking bc the dolly bumped it thrusting to bring it to other location without being charged additional mileage. Nightmare experience.

Kara Loriginal truck had service ending light on. the service person switched me to a different truck. however, when I tried to check out using my phone, the truck # would not update. also, I was charged another $13 for gas. I even made sure to fill the truck to 3/8 tank to avoid extra fuel charges
Corie CThey need to check to see if the equipment is working correctly. They don't check anything. The trailer light extension cords on the 2 trailers they had were bad so when I tested the lights they didn't work. My cord was long enough to not need them so I still could rent the trailer.
John Dthere were problems with the app. the attendant was able to fix it and get the truck, but I was double billed. The truck was dirty, the back was full of leaves, windshield was dirty, no fluid in the washer. The check engine light was on. I had to put gas in the truck before I could take it as it was below 1/4.
John HI was not given the moving pads that I had reserved. I was able to move without them, and reported this charge to U-Haul via chat on the morning that I picked the truck up when I realized they were missing. I was still charged for these pads and would like a refund to my card.

William MI prefer working with main U-Haul centers, not the satellite gas stations etc… Make sure every satellite location has safe equipment, not car carriers with 4 bawled tires and extremely bend/twisted trailer hitch for a 900 mile one way trip. This resulted in me running across town for a safe car carrier the 2nd location (Sunoco gas station), I would not have wasted my time and fuel if you did an equipment safety inspection at the 1st location. I’ve been a loyal customer for decades and this is the first time you have fell short of my expectations.
Jack MLocation did not have 2 Wheel Dolly. Truck had alot of miles on it - but did do the job. Sunoco was absolutely amazing to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable with Rentals.

Doug SThe truck’s cabin was disgusting. The truck had barely any gas, yet the person in charge put 1/4 of a tank. We reserved 2 dollies and they were not there. This made our move miserable. We reserved them ahead for a reason. If they didn’t had them, we should’ve been told ahead of time so we could make arrangements. Never booking here again! The worst of the worst!

Paul TI had to hook up the trailer my self and I pulled a muscle because of the location of the trailer. And the trailer was not clean. Your gas station location have the same service, they don’t hook up the trailer for you. It seem that you have two different policies…
RODOLFO MThe door on the vehicle I rented sounded like it would close all the way. The window worked, but either the door or the window sounded like it wasnt completely closed. I had to be concerned if it was the door, was it going to open on the highway. The vehicle was as clean. The staff at both locations were helpful and friendly.

Marcus CTwo days after I returned the vehicle, U-Haul reached out to me and said they don't have the vehicle. Turns out this location never logged in the return. Finally they log in the return but 2 days after it was actually returned. The invoice says I had the car for 3 days when it was 1 day because of there error. I was told it would be fixed but I still have a receipt for 3 days and my card was charged for 3 days. The right tire needed air upon entering the vehicle and although I requested a dolly at my reservation, they were unable to provide. I just want my money back for the days I DID NOT have the vehicle.......
Matthew CBest thing about this location is that they had all and allowed pickup and drop off at anytime of the day. As for the truck, it was beat up and never cleaned out. The driver door struggled to close, the back door was hard to open/close and the box truck just seems like it has seen better days.

GLORIA BI didn't go inside so I don't know if it was clean and inviting. The employee came outside and told me where to leave the trailer, I waited a minute or two and he didn't come over to me so I unhooked the trailer myself at which point he came around the corner with a trailer dolly so if I had waited he would have gotten to me. I offered him my paperwork which he said he didn't need and told me to have a nice day. I received a text and email the next morning stating I was over due with the unit, I turned it in a day early. So I called the number and explained everything to the person that answered the phone, she said she would contact the facility to get them to check in the unit. I guess they must have done that as I received a zero final invoice via email the next day. Pick up location was great and drop off location not so much.
HAROLD TThis was the second location I had to go to to pick up the U-Haul. I used the mobile pick up. I originally had a reservation with the U-Haul at Midgard Storage on 54 in Lutz/Land O Lakes. When I arrived at that first location, I could not get the vehicle out because it was completely blocked by other U-Haul vehicles. After quite some time of trying to get in touch with a person at U-Haul, customer service directed me to the second location at the Sunoco. Unfortunately, the location was further than where I actually needed to go, but the girl who was working that location was incredibly helpful.

Steve FDidn’t have the size truck we needed and we had to drive a much bigger one which created some challenges for us. The man who runs this location is very condescending to women and the gas station was full of drug paraphernalia. Just a weird experience.
Linda SThe location was changed from where I originally rented from. Took an hour and a half to rent. The person that was to give me keys was late to work. Truck had empty cups and bottles in the cab. The back had empty cups and a bag with a lock, elastic ties, cigars and marijuana all in the bag. No sweep at all
James YI like the lady working there but, it was just her. I was on my own hooking up the trailer and putting what pads they had and a dolly in the trailer….luckily a gentleman was there visiting and helped me with all of it…all is well that ends well right?
