Well, our first truck we ordered had a flat along with no gas in it. We had people showing up to help with our move and we had to then go to another location to pick up another vehicle. Then when we did get that truck, our truck was assigned to be dropped off at a location more than 40 miles away from our move in destination. It just did not go smoothly at all and when you're moving, there's already enough stress involved.

YURI OI was not aware of the key that the person at the counter has asked me and I had to reach out to Uhaul Customer service to get it. This should have been included in the mobile app or website rather than we calling the customer service and wait in the queue until someone responds and we explain the situation..
Ram VWhen I showed up at the location I had some questions. The person working at the gas station told me he couldn't answer anything, that I needed to use the app to check in. The problem was the app was glitchy and it was not allowing me to check in. Would have been helpful to have a human on site that was able to answer basic questions.
