I was not aware of the key that the person at the counter has asked me and I had to reach out to Uhaul Customer service to get it. This should have been included in the mobile app or website rather than we calling the customer service and wait in the queue until someone responds and we explain the situation..
Ram VWhen I showed up at the location I had some questions. The person working at the gas station told me he couldn't answer anything, that I needed to use the app to check in. The problem was the app was glitchy and it was not allowing me to check in. Would have been helpful to have a human on site that was able to answer basic questions.
Kevin HEquipment was clean. Fix the air conditioning and the tire pressure light.
