No dolly or furniture pads after reserving them Truck was dirty and roach infested
Joel RTow dolly did not work for vehicle selected in rental questions ( Chevrolet Spark). Had to return unused but still charged.

Melanie CI rented a 26 foot truck, three dollies and furniture blankets…… pick up truck and go home only to find that there are no dollies or furniture blankets, Drive truck back to store where they tell me that they don’t carry those types of items. The next day I go to another U-Haul store after loading the truck the night before without the items that I requested I picked up one dolly and furniture blankets. I was charged for the mileage to and from both of the U-Haul stores while I’m running around getting equipment that I was supposed to have picked up the day that I rented the truck and I was charged the full fee for the equipment even though I didn’t even have it or pick it up when I picked up my truck. The whole situation was a cluster as is not hard enough!!!!
MELISSA GThis facility should should not be a UHAUL location. They are tarnishing your brand. UHAUL is great but people like this should not be affiliated. The vehicle was on 5/8 of a tank and I had to return to the facility to ask about it. Girl told me I had to return the vehicle on full. A customer in line told me to take a picture of the odometer and gas reading. Thankfully I did as well as when I returned the vehicle after fueling it up. Sure enough they charge me for fuel! Subsequently I had to call your customer service and submit pictures to get the refund. Customers SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS! Also the man who I returned the vehicle never walked the vehicle over with me to insure that it was clean and no damage. Will rent from UHAUL again but never from this location and I will tell everyone I know not to use them. Also it should be noted that I asked the girl to fill the truck up to full before I left for the second time and she was very rude and said NO. Well this location is a gas station...that should not have been a problem.

DAVID DThe location did not have my reservation even though I had all of the info on the app. The location was severely understaffed resulting in me waiting 30 minutes for them to resolve the issue.

DENNIS LDrop off was easy & quick. They felt bad because we were told we had an extra 15 miles but didn't according to the computer. Explain to us they couldn't adjust it at check out. Surprise... Maybe customer should get more miles then the bare minimum so the moving experience isn't so awful.
LEE LInform customers that the insurance u get is $30 a day. I ended up paying over$200 for insurance on a truck I only put 45 miles on. They should make sure the renters know that . Had I known that I never wOuld have gotten it. Not for only 45 miles.
catherine bStaff on at night took the keys, mileage and gas reading from us. Said she would give it to manager. Didn't happen. The rental was still logged in 3 days later as "Late. Abandoned by customer". Prevented me from renting another truck until it was straightened out. When you're on a tight time schedule, snafu's like this are soooo irritating.

David MEverything was great except that it's located at a gas station and they only had 1 attendant working and when the gas station part got busy she had to stop helping us but the girl handled it very well
Matthew RTook over an hour. Cashier was using her cell phone and waiting on convenient store customers. We had to get on a ladder to retrieve blankets, she then gave us a box of unbundled blankets which turned out to be 11 short of what we paid for. Truck assigned had a padlock on it we had to switch trucks....horrible experience during a stressful time with movers on the clock waiting our arrival.

Ellamae LNot only was this not the location I was told by the cashier when I picked the truck up, nor the location I was given in my pick-up confirmation email, but both locations were closed gas stations in questionable parts of town. They were not well-lit and I did not feel safe in either area, especially with no staff present, even though one of the locations technically should have still been open when I dropped the truck off.
Caleb II reserved a 15’ truck and 1 dozen pads through the national phone #. The location had no pads. Huge inconvenience. A 2nd nearby location had no pads. We ended up going to a Goodwill 15 miles away and spent $25 on 5 blankets.
