I had a problem with the phone and the person in the location was Not helping at all with at least do the paper work for me To rent the Truck,I asked why he is Not helping and he responded… “ I am Not getting Pay to help Anyone with the reservation “. I already told all my friends and family to don”t go even closest to that place. I spend 3 hrs. Waiting for my family to help me with the reservation and to then wait until he wants to take care of my reservation. It was terrible, I felt really bad.

It took long because all had to be done on an app. It will never happen again that I don’t use a U-Haul store directly.
Waldy CI asked the attendant about the stated $25 credit on my bill for sweeping and cleaning the cargo area which we did but I never got it.
George SI had to clean the inside with Lysol wipes as it had spilled liquid on floor and love bugs all over windshield. I had to get the hose out and clean the windshield. This would be great for the rental location to do as I would have had the hose packed normally.
