It was dirty and homeless had there belonging all over the vehicle. We had them Chas us Dow to retrieve there backpacks. One threw up as we were entering the vehicle. Too many hidden fees and was charged for gas we already filled in.

Truck wasn't ready for pickup. Ordered and paid for a dolly yet wasn't with the truck, had to go back in to ask for it. Garbage left in back of truck when I picked it up. Prepaid fuel and having to return it with more gas in it than I picked it up was confusing and never explained up front. Some of these issues can be put back on Corporate but other issues were site specific. I had asked to pick up the truck using my mobile phone but not sure that would even have been possible. Confusing where to pick up truck (truck was out of sight around back).
