Was expecting a typical retail establishment however there was no “brick and mortar” facility. Staff was offsite at time of arrival for pickup but as soon as they arrived they were very helpful and friendly.
Tracy WFirst, I asked the young lady if I needed to return the truck with gas.She tells me no someone else will do it. I’m charged without the option to put gas in before it is returned. I get the paperwork after I used the truck. No one goes over the actual mileage or amount of gas in the truck. This is backwards from most rentals. I would like a phone call back.
