Get working computer systems. Note this is not the fault of the guy manning the register. In fact he was great and went above and beyond.

TAYLOR MThere is nothing to improve, there is another location I can go nearest my house , but I always prefer to go to this location even tho is half of mile further due to the great customer service and welcoming environment.
JULIO EThe mileage(48 miles over) shown on the paperwork did not match what was displayed on the truck. Additionally, the gas level was lower than what was indicated on the paper. This caused some confusion and concern during our rental experience.

ROMER NLet the next customer use the first name he has been using for his entire life (60 years in this case), instead of what the DMV puts on his driver's license. Honestly, there is no reason to be so militant about name use when renting a small trailer.
HOMER PThese guys had the choice to charge me for an additional day since I technically returned the equipment after they were closed (I picked it up at 4:45pm a few days previously) but they didn’t charge me for that last day since it was there before they opened. It’s stuff like this that makes me far more likely to use them again in the future, as should you if you’re reading this.

Reinaldo BI appreciated the guys help at the Saratoga Springs Sunset Storage center / Uhaul rental. I had never pulled a small trailer with my van, or with any other vehicles for that matter....my drop hitch was making the trailer too low, so he flipped it around to balance it out. He was more than helpful making sure I got out ok. He encourage me to ask any questions that I had got a small load of lava rock...emptied it at my house, and bringing the trailer back was simple and easy. Great experience at very reasonable rate for using the 5 by 8 trailer for a day.

Tina W | Overall ExperienceMy trailer was stored here and I foolishly assumed that it was a secure facility but the trailer was broken into and I lost over 8k in items. There was not even a security camera on the row that my trailer was parked in, we had no footage of the incident. At the same time, there was little to no information collected on the person who "rented" a unit in order to get a gate code and come in to steal my items. They came in after hours and called staff to get out after loading up my stuff and were just let out with no questioning.
