The service was superb. I had a small issue with the hitch on my truck and the employee went above and beyond to help me solve it. He was fast and efficient and super-friendly. Even when another customer was less than pleasant the employee remained friendly and helpful. I am so impressed.

Fua FExcellent customer service!!! I was not available to pick up the tow dolly car trailer, so my near 20 weeks pregnant wife ended up being the one to pick up. The agent at the Eagle mountain location was extremely helpful that she did not have to lift anything. She was so impressed that we wanted to leave this 5 star rating. We highly recommend this location for U-Haul.
KARLA TCruise control in the uhal would be extremely helpful for long trips. It would also improve fuel efficiency.
