This was an overall terrible experience. I initially needed a truck, an appliance dolly and a regular dolly. They did not have the appliance dolly. After she tried to remove it and run my payment she was unable to do so. She had to call for help. After being on the phone for over 45 minutes they were finally able to remove it. The guy on the other end of the phone then processed my payment. Problem is I didn't want to use that method of payment which I had already told the customer service representative. They told me there was nothing that they could do to help me at that time. It ended up taking and hour and fifteen minutes for the whole transaction which should have taken 10 minutes. The truck itself has a broken drivers side mirror which made it unable to adjust the mirror. Backing up required two people to do it safely. I have rented from uhaul many many times and you can see since I started an account I have 2 very significant moves. In the past 10 years I rented from Az to PA. From Pa to Az. from AZ to NC, from Nc to Fl and then this local rental here in Florida. The lack of respect for the customer was incredible. I should be compensated for my time, a terrible truck, no dolly and an overall horrible experience. I would expect to hear from someone asap. - a disappointed customer Derek Weissenberger 5202414498

WAYMOND JThe van was unbelievably disgusting and worse part was it had a dead rat in it that my husband had to clean out before we could even use it. The people running the location are rude and not helpful or apologetic at all after finding out their uhaul had a dead animal in it!! Absolutely disgusting, unsanitary and will NEVER use this location again. I wouldn't refer ANYONE not even my worst enemy to them. Absolutely awful and the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul
