This is a gas station/convenience store and unfortunately, they only had one person working so the poor woman was trying to take regular customers plus manage uhaul customers. Plus the uhaul online system kept going down and it was unclear whether it was UHaul or the wifi at the location. The first trailer lights did not work so I had to go back in and when I attempted to get a different one the system was down so I had to call the Uhaul customer service to get the equipment number changed. It all worked out in the end but certainly not ideal.
