The gas station was trashy literally trash all over the place. The server was down so the attendant couldn’t help me and suggested I come back later. I called UHaul, ultimately it was resolved but the process took about 45 min which delayed my move and caused a lot of frustration on an already stressful day.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUHaul switched locations on me had to drive an additional 6 miles. I originally went to the location I chose a week prior. They informed me where to go. I called this location to say we were on our way. No answer. When we get there the guy is on a cell phone and continues to talk while he checks us out. Was odd that I requested to drop off at 3pm and he kept asking me what time I was dropping off. Didn’t do a walk around just gave us the key and said the truck number is on the key. Returned the truck-no walk around again. Told me he would email the receipt and I was charged a fee I didn’t not agree to. Thankfully UHaul refunded me.
